I brought Chris Matthews on board to work on a key project of significant importance to Prudential. He delivered on all fronts. Chris’s vast knowledge and experience of commerce and industry allows him to fully understand challenges leaders face. Through this understanding, Chris was able to recommend a suitable solution to help me and Prudential to address and overcome one of these challenges.

Chris consults his stakeholders extremely well, before he develops solutions. He was easy to understand and to work with. He is also a very strong facilitator, which makes being one of his delegates comfortable.

His solution received a net promoter score of 80, and delegates were very complimentary of its credibility, his delivery and more importantly, his content. Delegates are still talking about how they use the techniques shown and the difference it is making.
