Professional Services Partner Training
We work with a wide range of professional services firms – lawyers, accountants, actuaries, management consultants, marcomms businesses – on a range of challenger/insight consulting (internal and external) and sales skills.
Our work here varies widely. We have provided pitch critiques to one of the world’s largest law firms; installed end-to-end “challenger/insight” sales processes for a national firm of actuaries and for a global law firm; provided coaching in sales skills to individual Partners in a leading UK law firm; advised firms of various types on using the so-called “conviction structure” (a story arc) for presentations and documents.
